When is the NDIS available in East Gippsland?
We will be delivering NDIS services will be available in East Gippsland from 1 January 2019.
We are a registered NDIS service provider. Our services include:
Support coordination: help to find you the best local supports and services so you can achieve your goals.
Plan management: help to manage your NDIS funding.
Allied health services: services such as physiotherapy or exercise physiology that will help you maintain or improve your health or wellbeing.
Assisted daily living: help with cooking and cleaning; showering and dressing; and more. You tell us what you need and we might be able to do it for you.
Children’s services: a range of learning activities for children with a disability or developmental delay in a fun and friendly setting.
Community participation: help to find activities that interest you or a social group where you can catch up with others and enjoy a cuppa and chat.
Community nursing: nurses can visit you at home if you need more medical attention.
Home modification: changes to your home environment can help you live independently and safely.
Transport and travel assistance: help to attend appointments and other day to day activities.
