If you’re aged from 12 to 25 years old, and homeless or at risk of homelessness, we can help you.

Reconnect services provide a range of supports to young people aged between 12 and 18. We can help you to:

  • sort things out with your family
  • stay at school or work
  • find a place to live if necessary

Creating Connections supports people aged between 15 and 25 years of age. We may be able to help you with:

  • Work, education and training: get some help to start a course, or perhaps get some clothes so you can attend a job interview
  • Life skills: for example, learn how to cook, or pay your bills
  • Private rental: learn about private rental and get support to find a home
