Carmel has a Bachelor of Science from Monash University and has over 20 years of experience in global manufacturing organisations across various industries.  Carmel brings experience in business processes including safety, risk, quality and process improvement, as well as financial, project and operations management.  Carmel embraces a collaborative approach, engaging all stakeholders, and working towards positive change.
