School Nurse : Health checks for children
The school nurse offers a health check for children in their first year at school. They can assess your child’s health, development and wellbeing.
The nurse can also provide a health assessment and support for children in Grades 1 – 6 where a parent or teacher has a concern. This service is provided to all primary schools in the East Gippsland Shire and is strongly focused on health promotion and early intervention.
