Wound Care Service : Specialised wounds care
This service provides specialised care to people who have wounds that are not healing properly, or who have an increased risk of complications due to underlying health conditions.
This may include leg ulcers, lacerations or skin tears, or wounds that have not healed properly after an operation.
Our trained wound care nurse can:
- Assess and treat your wound
- Work with your doctor or other health care provider to monitor and evaluate your wound
- Provide advice about suitable wound care products
