Allied health services: services such as physiotherapy or exercise physiology that will help you maintain or improve your health or wellbeing. For more information about accessing our allied health services, click HERE
Assisted daily living: help with cooking and cleaning; showering and dressing; and more. You tell us what you need and we might be able to do it for you. For more information about assisted daily living, click HERE
Children’s services: a range of learning activities for children with a disability or developmental delay in a fun and friendly setting. For information about our paediatric therapy groups, click HERE
Community participation: help to find activities that interest you or a social group where you can catch up with others and enjoy a cuppa and chat. For information about our social support groups, click HERE
Community nursing: specialised nursing assessment and clinical recommendations.
Home modification: changes to your home environment can help you live independently and safely.
Transport and travel assistance: help to attend appointments and other day to day activities.
