The NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme. It is designed to improve the way disability services are funded and delivered.
When is the NDIS available in East Gippsland?
We started delivering NDIS services in East Gippsland from 1 January 2019.

Allied health services: services such as physiotherapy or exercise physiology that will help you maintain or improve your health or wellbeing. Click HERE for more information.
Assisted daily living: help with cooking and cleaning; showering and dressing; and more. You tell us what you need and we might be able to do it for you. Click HERE for more information.
Children’s services: a range of learning activities for children with a disability or developmental delay in a fun and friendly setting. Click HERE for more information.
Community participation: help to find activities that interest you or a social group where you can catch up with others and enjoy a cuppa and chat. Click HERE for information about our social support groups.
Community nursing: specialised nuring assessment and clinical recommendations.
Home modification: changes to your home environment can help you live independently and safely.
Transport and travel assistance: help to attend appointments and other day to day activities.
