Gippsland Lakes Complete Health is surveying clients across six locations about their social media habits (i.e. use of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Apps etc.) and would appreciate a couple of minutes of you time to answer eight multiple choice questions and provide us with some valuable insight that will help influence our Social Media Strategy.

We are interested in your demographic (who you are), what social media channels you are using, how and when you access them, and what interests you.  If you don’t currently use social media – that’s okay, we’re still interested – knowing you don’t use it can also help us with marketing our services and programs.  THIS SURVEY IS NOW CLOSED.
