This week we welcomed the fabulous Brylee, Ciara, Chelle, Indy, Hannah and Tara to team GLCH and our 2023 Traineeship program!

Now in its second year, our traineeship program is part of our commitment to employing East Gippslanders and growing local talent to work in the healthcare sector.

This year our trainees will be working and studying in the following areas:

Certificate IV Business Administration (Medical Reception)

Diploma in Community Services (Family, Youth & Children’s Services)

Certificate IV Business Administration (Aged & Disability)

Diploma of Community Services (Emergency Recovery)

Diploma of Community Services (Family, Youth & Children’s Services)

Certificate IV Business Administration (Admin & Service Access).

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education

Certificate IV in Population Health (Health Promotion).

While they work, they will receive coaching and mentoring in a supportive learning environment, paid study time, hands-on learning and regular group education sessions.
