At Gippsland Lakes Complete Health, our Support at Home services are designed to help you do just that.
We’ll work alongside you and your family to make everyday life easier, support your wellbeing, and help you continue living independently and confidently in your own home.

Everyone’s needs are different, so we’ll tailor our support to suit your goals and lifestyle. Depending on your situation, we can help with:
- Everyday living tasks such as cleaning, shopping, meal preparation, laundry, lawn mowing and home maintenance.
- Independence tasks including assistance with showering, dressing, mobility, medication and stay active, engaged and socially connected to your community.
- Health and clinical care through our qualified nursing and allied health professionals.
- Home modifications and assistive technology to make your home safer and more comfortable.

Understanding the costs
Costs vary depending on the type and level of support you receive under your support . Many services can be partly or fully funded through Government programs such as support at home or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
Our team will explain all costs clearly before you start – no surprises, no confusion.
