This report is intended to inform key stakeholders who may support the implementation of the recommendations needed to provide positive change within the East community. The original East Bairnsdale Consultation and Engagement Project (EBCEP) in 2016, set out to discover first hand the views, needs, issues and vision for children and families residing ina particular locality within East Bairnsdale, known as East. An update to the original consultation was conducted in 2021, identifying key themes that mirrored that consultation, although with some aspects restricted due to COVID-19 pandemic.
